Arrival Times
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Arrivals after 11:00pm can be accommodated, but please call the front desk for potential after-hours arrivals.

Deposits & Payments
A 25 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase.
Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase

Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 1 day prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. There will be a charge of one night due upon cancellation if you cancel less than 24 hours of your reservation.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high demand periods and special requests.

In the event of a pandemic, government shutdown or an uncontrollable event, vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

No Smoking~ If guests violate our no smoking policy, a cleaning fee may be charged to recoup cleaning fees.

Pets are welcome at our hotel in Harrison, AR, with a $35 per night pet charge, except for service animals. Pets must be declared at check in to assist in placing the customer(s) in a pet-friendly room. If pets are not declared and our staff detects pets in the room, in addition to charging a $35 per night pet fee, a $100 cleaning fee may be charged to recoup cleaning fees.

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
